For sizing, we recommend this...

If purchasing to wear throughout pregnancy into the 2nd and 3rd trimester, go up one size otherwise stick to your normal size.

If purchasing to wear majority throughout your postpartum journey then stick to your pre-pregnancy sizing.

Game changer

Ok wow! I am finally back to the gym postpartum and I went from a C cup to an E. I struggled to run and felt so uncomfortable in my bras with my boobs bouncing so much. I bought this bra and went for a run, I felt like I had my old boobs back, they didn’t move! I love being able to adjust to lounge around the house or for a high intensity workout.

Not very adjustable

Shoulder straps are too short to be useful. Only really adjusts from small/mid cup to flat chest. Pity as it should have been a good design

Nice Product

Nice product, well made. I sized down due to reading other reviews, cup size fits well, waist band still runs big, I’ve got it on the tightest clip.

Best Bra I’ve owned

So this is truely amazing! Cannot recommend it enough. As a bustier gal (16E) and playing soccer I don’t think I’ve owned a bra that supports me enough so the adjustable straps are perfect and I can have them tight enough for soccer or loosen then for when I’ve put my breast pumps in.
I would only have these in my cupboard if I could buy them all.
