The Milk Boutique use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and Internationally. Shipping within Australia is a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping. We aim to have your order shipped within 48 hours of us receiving it (excluding weekends). Please allow up to 10 business days to dispatch during peak sale periods.

TMB offers FREE standard shipping for domestic orders over $150.

For international orders there is a flat rate of $10 for standard shipping. Express shipping is not available on international orders.

For orders placed during an online sale, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be dispatched (we work really hard, we just get inundated!). 

If there are any unexpected delays, you will be contacted by us. If your parcel is being sent to your work address, please provide a company name. 

Note:  Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges, and the recipient is liable for the payment of import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

Shipping Protection: 

Once an order has been placed, The Milk Boutique will be 100% responsible for ensuring the quality of the item ordered, fulfilling the order in a timely manner and handing the parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. However, once the parcel has been scanned into the Australia Post system, it is now the responsibility of the mail service to ensure the delivery of the parcel to the customer. We offer shipping protection to our customers to ensure you will receive your parcel. We strongly suggest you purchase shipping protection during the checkout process. By deselecting shipping protection during checkout, you agree that The Milk Boutique is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
