Exchanges/Returns

At The Milk Boutique, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you.

We highly recommend that you choose the correct size for your body type by measuring yourself and referring to our size chart or email for sizing advice to hello@themilkboutique.com.au

We offer a 7-day exchange/refund policy if the garment does not fit. (for international orders within 21 days of your purchase date).

In order for us to exchange or return your order, your order must be unworn and unwashed with the tag still attached. 

Full price items can be refunded however sale items can only be exchanged or refunded with a store credit valid for 12 months.

Your new design/size will only be sent once your exchange/return has been received back to us.

After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.

If we accept your exchange/refund order you will be notified with a tracking number for your new design/size (please ensure you check your junk mail folder in case it ends up in there!).

In order to provide an exchange or replacement garment as quickly as possible, The Milk Boutique will use the information supplied from your return/exchange booking order, please ensure your information and posting address is correct when booking a return. 

The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.

Important Notice: The Milk Boutique covers the postage for all orders over $70 however should you request a full refund for your order then the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund (typically $8.00).

Due to the high demand of our products, we apologise as we are unable to hold any items in any circumstances.
