At The Milk Boutique, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you.
We highly recommend that you choose the correct size for your body type by measuring yourself and referring to our size chart.
We do offer a 7 day exchange policy if the garment is the wrong size (for international orders within 21 days of your purchase date). You will receive a credit note which is valid for 3 months from the date your return order is received. Please note we do not exchange sale items.

After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without refund or exchange.
In order to provide an exchange or replacement garment as quickly as possible, The Milk Boutique will use the information supplied at the time of purchase. If details have changed, please advise us as soon as possible. The return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer, plus $8 within Australia (International shipping varies from $20+) for new garment to be sent out from The Milk Boutique.
Note: Shipping charges will not be refunded (If you received a free postage promo, $8 will not be refunded to cover original shipping charges)

When returning items, please enclose your invoice and write the reason for your return, if faulty, what was wrong with the item or if the wrong size which size you would like to exchange for etc..
