At The Milk Boutique, we check all items and ensure they are in perfect condition and packaged carefully before sending them to you. 

We do not offer exchanges, so if you need a different size, simply return your item and use the Store Credit (valid for 12 months) to place a new order.

We highly recommend that you choose the correct size for your body type by measuring yourself and referring to our size chart or email for sizing advice to support@themilkboutique.com.au.

PLEASE NOTE: Sadly we don't accept the return of final sale items. All final sale items are final, there is no exchange, store credit or refunds on final sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

 

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

Your returns must meet the conditions below:

  • Returns must be placed within 7 days after delivery.
  • Your order must be unworn and unwashed with the tag still attached.
  • We don't accept the return of final sale items. All final sale items are final, there is no exchange, store credit or refunds on final sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Please note: For all swimwear bottoms and one-piece swim suits, if the hygiene sticker has been removed, we are unable to accept a refund or exchange for this item.

After the returned item has been received, we will check it over to ensure it is new, unworn, and in the same perfect condition in which it was sent. If the item has been worn, is damaged (including marked /dirty), washed or altered, we have the right to send the item back to you without a store credit.

We will then issue you with a store credit to the value of the item at time of purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund. This is in line with Australian consumer guidelines.

Please note that loose or excess threads and irregular prints are not considered faults as these are often natural results of the manufacturing process

If you've received an incorrect or faulty item, please email us first so we can confirm the return is acceptable.

POSTAGE COSTS

Any return tracked postage cost is to be covered by the customer.

Important Notice: The Milk Boutique covers the postage for all orders over $100 however should you request a full refund for your order then the initial shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

Due to the high demand of our products, we apologise as we are unable to hold any items in any circumstances.
