Description

Booking an exchanges/return

Exchanges

Step 1. Select add to cart exchange postage and ensure you select the correct fee for your new design/size to be sent to you (select domestic fee for everywhere within Australia OR International fee for everywhere else - worldwide).

Step 2. In the "instructions optional" box please include the NEW design and size you require PLUS a reason code for why you are exchanging (see reason codes below at the bottom of this page). 

Step 3. Please ensure that your customer details and postal address is correct for your exchange to be sent to. 

Step 4. Print and include your exchange/return booking order in with your return to The Milk Boutique and post to the following address. (You must use tracked postage).

**If you do not have a printer then you will need to make sure your sender information is clear and include your invoice/order number from the booking as shown below.

"SENDER: John Smith, 124 Example Street, Original order number 6893 + Return booking invoice number 6954"

Important information

*TMB does not deliver to PO boxes or parcel collect numbers within Australia, If you cannot supply an alternative address then please select the "Domestic PO Box/Parcel Collect #" If this is selected, your exchange will be lodged via Australia Post express.

 

 

Refund/store credit 

If you require a refund or store credit please select "Refund/store credit" and be sure to enter a reason code (see the bottom of this page).

*Note; Refunds can only be processed for full price items. A TMB Store credit valid for 12months will be processed for all sale items, see our returns policy for more information by clicking HERE.

TMB hoodie and long sleeve top

I absolutely love both these items! Ideal for walks with bubba and easy access for feeding. I sized up two sizes as I don’t like anything too fitted and it’s perfect. Great customer service and quality products that wash and wear well! Very happy customer 😊
