Great quality but small sizing

The product is great quality (hence 4 stars) but unfortunately the shoulder straps wouldn't adjust enough to fit my boobs (size S). I did measure myself before purchasing, and read the sizing guide available which said it went to a larger cup, but still ended up with a product too small. Unfortunately it was a sale item so I can't return/exchange.
